Attendee registration fees are as follows:

Members & member agencies*:    $395.00
Non-members & their agencies:    $445.00

*Members include employees of NCJA member agencies, employees of IJIS Institute member firms, and the JISP Board of Directors.

Payment can be made by credit card, purchase order or check. Any registration fee not paid by July 1, 2011 will incur a $50 fee and participation in the Forum luncheons and other events will not be guaranteed.

Your registration will not be confirmed until your payment is received.

Prior to July 1st:  Full refund
On or after July 1st but before July 29th:  $50 fee
On or after July 29th or does not attend the Forum:  Registration fee is forfeited
